- 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or your choice)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan. Stir until creamy and well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or extra cheese. Enjoy!
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you like for this recipe.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Swap heavy cream for milk and butter if needed.
